I had an appointment with Julie in the Long Beach office. She was amazing! I had an appointment in the Orange office and the freeway was closed because of an accident so I had to get off and I could not find your office. I tried many times to call & you robot phone service is terrible! I was never put through to anyone and I missed the appointment. I was charged $100 for this and I feel it is very unfair considering your phone system which would never give me a person to speak to!
