i want to sincerely thank all of the staff, from the front office very sweet, very kind & friendly (i got stickers! yay) and all the physical therapists & aides who were very helpful and encouraging for the time i was there, especially to Nathan, probably not important but hey, i hiked 7 miles last week, no pain! thank you again for all your help!! i still don’t know how to engage my core (haha) but yay for no pain!
