I would like to give special praise for this specific branch location of American Hearing & Balance. A family member who had recently moved to the area needed to see an audiologist within a day or two to remove a hearing aid dome that had accidentally stuck in their ear canal. This branch was the only one that made time to squeeze that family member in for a quick dome removal within 24 hours of our call, even though they weren't their client. Furthermore, they charged minimal for this service. Several other places we called were unwilling to help and instead referred us to urgent care (which may not have the right tools or experience with this issue) or even to the 'black hole' of the ER. Kudos to Leslie for organizing and to audiologist Keith for their empathy and professionalism. This gesture alone should speak volumes about how much they care about their clients.
