I’ve been going to Evolution for the last 3 years and it’s been truly life changing. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries and was struggling to find a PT to help me get back to doing activities I loved to do. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Sophie since attending Evolution and it’s been a blessing! The energy and vibe of the team there is truly incredible. All of the PTs there are extremely knowledgeable and want nothing but the best for their patients. I’ve been getting back to playing tennis/pickleball, going on hikes, and even snowboarding! If it wasn’t for Sophie, I don’t think I’d be able to live this active lifestyle that brings me so much joy.
