First time coming to this location and it was better than I could have imagined. We were a little skeptical because it was pretty crowded and we have a little one. Our 8yo was invited to a party and we bought a ticket for our 5 yo to jump. We had to go to the front desk and party counter which was a bit of a hassle but the lines went fast. The staff was great they asked which party we were there for and got us checked in. We had some issues with the waiver and the manager Jessica helped us to Complete them on the computer. The kids had fun and party went well. We got both the kids memberships for one dollar more than the daily price. Great time overall.
