Lindsey A. Carpenter is regularly a presenter at continuing legal education (CLE) courses on topics including No-Fault Insurance law in Minnesota, car accidents, and litigation. Additionally, Lindsey serves as a no-fault arbitrator and is certified with the American Arbitration Association. As of April 2019, she was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the No-Fault Standing Committee to oversee the arbitration process in Minnesota. Lindsey regularly handles arbitrations and mediations in her practice.
