Andrew W. Kinney began practicing Social Security Disability Benefits Law in 1992. He is a former trustee and current member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He is the founding chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Law Section. He has published a free guide to Social Security hearings: The Social Security Benefits Hearing: A Client’s Legal Guide. He is also an editor of The Social Security Practice Guide, a five volume legal set published by Matthew Bender.
