Joanna Trachtenberg also litigates other employment law issues. At the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, Joanna tried cases in federal and state courts throughout Missouri. In addition, she developed expertise in Medicaid regulations and compliance and has worked extensively with the Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Unit and other state officials at MO HealthNet and the Department of Health and Senior Services. Joanna is also an arbitrator for employment and consumer arbitration matters through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and securities matters through FINRA.
