About Missouri Legacy Law : Tom Luckenbill
Tom Luckenbill was born and raised in the small town of Plattsburg, Missouri, about 30 miles north of Kansas City. Currently, in addition to practicing law, Tom also has extensive experience with insurance and financial strategies to ensure efficient inter-generational asset transfers. He teaches courses in economics and finance at William Woods University, University of Missouri, and Columbia College. He previously served as Deputy Chief Regulatory Law Judge for the Missouri Public Service Commission and as an Assistant General Counsel for that commission as well as in-house counsel for Shelter Insurance Company‘s corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
