Went during the week for once, completely different atmosphere. One of the managers, Gabriel, was very informative & helpful when we were ready to order. The food always comes out so good. The crispy chicken burger is my favorite.. After, a lady with glasses & curly hair (sorry I didn't get her name) was also very helpful when the claw machine malfunctioned & very friendly when we cashed in our tickets. All the staff pretty much deal with whatever issues you have; food, tickets, games malfunctioning. It all gets solved. We've never had problems coming here & will definitely be coming back.
