Shaun Murphy at the Modesto location is excellent. I had the most amazing experience with him. I took my client there w hope that something could be done about my client ripping his hearing aids out all the time. We repeatedly asked his original audiologist to address our concerns about his aids but always walked away w the same problems. Not with Shaun though. Finally someone listened and understood and fixed the problems. I cannot explain the relief I felt. Having the aids set correctly is going to be life changing and its all because of Shaun's excellence, expertise, compassion. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Shaun to make sure my client can finally enjoy his hearing life again. Oh and there's easy parking too! In downtown Modesto!
