The process with Alfano was a good experience. Everything was explained clearly and all of our questions were answered. We met virtually with Megan once and Andria led all of our other meetings. She was very professional and informative. I did think they had an office in midtown which would have been much more convenient for us but all in person meeting are held in Lees Summit. All & All a good experience.
