Dennis P. Lee is the principal and founder of Lee Law Office. Lee Law office focuses its practice on probate, estate planning / asset protection planning. Denny has been quoted in many local, regional and national publications including: USA Today, Sports Illustrated, Kansas City Star, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, and the Omaha World-Herald. In 1983 he became the general counsel for the Nebraska State Racing Commission and served as a special Nebraska Assistant Attorney General. He prosecuted cases in eight counties in Nebraska and coordinated narcotics and criminal investigations with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
