James Polack attended Creighton Law School, where he graduated with honors in 1995. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Polack was a United States Marine for six years, where he worked both in computer operations and the security of American Embassies and Consulates in Haiti and Israel. In his law practice, he has won several cases at the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court, and he has practiced at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
