As a non-vegan from Seattle, this has got to be one of my favorite restaurants. It beats out a lot of the vegan places I've been to in Seattle. Going in I thought I'd go for safe tofu options but I'm glad I didn't. The birria tacos were delicious and the german chocolate cake was decadent. I will 100% make sure I come back next time I'm in town for work. Also huge shout out to the staff and owner. They were so welcoming and kind!
