Cynthia Payne grew up in New Mexico, graduating from Sandia High School and the University of New Mexico. When she chose to pursue law, she knew it would be here in him home state. She went to UNM’s School of Law so she could immerse himself in New Mexico’s courts and legal practices from the beginning. She believe New Mexico is the most beautiful and diverse state in the country. Their incredibly unique culture gives rise to fascinating people and challenges that she love solving.
