I cannot recommend Rested Mama Happy Baby enough! I was so hesitant in starting this program, it was my second baby and my first was an amazing sleeper, I thought I could figure it out with my second like I did with my first. Constantly trying new things and nothing was working. We were at 6 months with night wakings every night and consistent false starts. Our baby would only sleep with a pacifier and needed to be rocked to sleep and only contact naps. We finally started this program and my only regret is not doing it sooner! This program works! I am so happy to say that our baby is 7 months, falls asleep on his own for night and naps, sleeps through the night, and does not need a pacifier! He has become such a happier baby and we could not be happier! The coaches are so amazing; they are responsive, supportive, and very easy to understand their advice and direction. Their method is direct and easy to follow and of course it works! If you are hesitant or debating the need to start this, do it! It is 100% worth it!
