The Dallas operation serves homeowners and investors across Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Garland, and the eastern DFW arc with a local in-house team of asset managers, leasing specialists, maintenance coordinators, accountants, and compliance professionals. Across all markets, the company has managed more than 65,000 properties through every major real-estate cycle, including the 2008 housing downturn and the 2020 pandemic.
