Specialized Property Management was founded in 1986 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026. The Dallas operation serves homeowners and investors across Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Garland, and the eastern DFW arc with a local in-house team of asset managers, leasing specialists, maintenance coordinators, accountants, and compliance professionals. Across all markets, the company has managed more than 65,000 properties through every major real-estate cycle, including the 2008 housing downturn and the 2020 pandemic.
