I recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame from the Mattress Firm on Overton Ridge, and my experience from start to finish was excellent. It took me over a month to make my decision, since I am rather particular. The store manager, Danielle, was phenomenal during the whole process. She was never pushy or annoying the way many sale people can be. She answered all of my questions and was just great to work with overall. We were able to get the mattress and frame delivered very quickly, and the delivery service did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend this location, and will definitely shop here again.
