So Chrissy wasn't technically our realtor. I contacted her because we were on a deadline and I was desperately seeking advice to get my house sold. She was very professional and genuinely wanted to help. She gave me some basic pointers on things I could do. The grand total cost of following her advice was less than $10 and my house was under contract less than a week later. The buyer specifically mentioned the things that were Chrissy's idea as what sold her. Chrissy made no money on this deal and was still helpful. Plus she has a lovely personality. I would recommend.
