when i first met carlos i wasn't in a very good place emotionally. he really helped, and is still helping, me with connecting to myself and my emotions. he's also helped me with getting off of some psychiatric medication that i no longer needed. im very thankful for him and his ability to show me other perspectives on situations and emotions, as well as encouraging communication with the people close to me and curiosity about my self and why i feel the way i do about situations and most importantly how to handle it. id go on more about how appreciative i am and how kind a person Carlos is, but i dont want this to be any more of a text wall than this already is. if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and wants to help you grow and understand yourself better, i really can't recommend him enough.
