Visited Ekam for the first time with my mother on New Year’s Eve for the Breathwork & Sound Bath, and it was such a fun and nourishing experience. The space is calm and beautifully designed, including a dedicated Kangen water and tea station with hot and cold filtered water, a stunning forest mural in the yoga room, and chilled eucalyptus towels available after class. We loved the extra amenities. Dennis was a wonderful guide. The breathwork was grounding and accessible, and the gong sound bath was deeply restorative. My mom even noticed improved circulation afterward, which was such a gift on New Year’s Eve. The staff was warm and welcoming, there’s free parking behind the studio, and all props are provided. If I lived nearby, this would absolutely be my home studio. Highly recommend!
