Sal was amazing. He gave us a call 20 minutes prior to give us a heads up that he was on the way. Once he arrived, he was courteous and professional. He asked us for our main concerns and took time to walk through the house the address each of them. He took the time to explain suggested upgrades and gave us a quote for each. The quote he provided was fair and he let us know our options for taking care of them. I appreciate that the feedback he provided felt professional and not forced.
