It was a busy Saturday night but staff was functioning on all cylinders. Those not familiar with Spring Creek BBQ, the food is fantastic. I had the brisket/sausage combo with BBQ beans and corn on the cob and roll. What is special is every 20 minutes or so, they pass out complimentary rolls fresh from the oven. High recommended. I used to live near one but I moved and there isn't one where I live
