Zavala's Barbecue is an authentic, family-owned Texas barbecue restaurant in Grand Prairie, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metro since 2016. They smoke their brisket, ribs, and sausage low and slow over real wood for that true Central Texas flavor. Fan favorites include their 2 Meat 2 Sides plate, brisket by the pound, the Sloppy Juan, the Tex Mex Plate, and the Zavala's Bowl. They also offer catering for corporate and private events.

One of the Best BBQ Joints in Texas. The Moist Brisket is Perfectly Smoked, Rendered and has a Great, Peppery Bark. Smoked Turkey and Pizza Pepper Sausage are Delicious.
