Beto's Mexican Restaurant and Catering, Let's go back to circa 1993. In an old abandoned home cooking "joint", him family started their first Beto's Mexican Restaurant and Catering in Grand Prairie, Texas. If you're wondering where the name Beto's came from, well, it's a nickname for him Dad, Humberto, and me, Albert. So it was always him Dad's dream to open his own Mexican restaurant. He'd worked in the industry for over thirty years. One day in the summer of 1993, Mom and Dad come home and say, "They've got a Mexican restaurant!"

Our server Preston was amazing! She checked on us multiple times, made sure we had refills, asked us questions for clarification. Even though she was the only server, she was on it! The food was great! Highly recommend the queso with ground beef, yes it’s an up charge to add the ground beef but totally worth it! The fajita plate was sizzling and we added shrimp on a skewer, the shrimp had so much flavor, it lacked nothing. The chimichanga was good, I got the pulled chicken and it didn’t disappoint, I ate mine with a side of guac.
