Italian Café More than 40 years ago, Ben Carpenter envisioned a water front community with canals just as the ones in Venice, Italy. His idea was brought to life and his 12,000 acres of cattle ranch land called "El Ranchito de Las Colinas" is now known as the city of "Las Colinas". Their goal was not only to serve delicious Italian meals, but also to offer its customers a warm and welcoming atmosphere; in a setting where socializing and celebrating was easy, just as in the old country.

Restaurant/Bar type but still kid friendly! Enjoyed the Atmosphere! Very Laid Back! USA was Playing in the FIFA!! Expect it to be Loud 😂 but enjoyable! On to the Food…. We had the Fried Ravioli. Need more cheese. That sauce ( tomato sauce and cream, my guess)that is served with it is delicious and Flavorful!!! Those Ribs!!!!!!!!! Get the Ribs!!!!! 🤤!!!! Tender and slightly crispy with a hint of spicy! The Gorgonzola shrimp dip…. Full of artichoke, big shrimp, spinach bleu cheese, and cheese galore!!! That Stromboli was packed with meat! All the Bread was fresh and homemade!!!!! Hubby had the Wagyu burger which he loved!!!! Staff was very attentive and friendly!!! Definitely will be back!!!!!
