The Ceretone CORE ONE PRO in the canal hearing aids are above grade on the 1-10 scale. Coming so far at a 11. Battery life is more then I have needed on 12 hour days of wearing them. The volume control has 6 levels making them very flexible. And you can adjust left or right on the fly with the "tap" method. Actual settings can be changed when the aids are in the portable charger. The charger may be a little too thick for a pants pocket, but easily fits into a purse or satchel. The clarity of the volumized sound is crisp and clear. Louder can get a little a "tinny" but I have not needed the level above a 3, which has provided great results. The Ceretone customer care/service has been a dream to work with. I can say that they have definitely been service and customer happy oriented. I am 14 days in and so far GREAT is my description and I can say that my life has been made easier by the CORE ONE PRO in ITC aids.
