Otto and George were very respectful, personable and informative of what needed to be done. They were very thorough in diagnosing my A/C issue and provided options to fix the issue. I was previously told by a prior technician from another company that I needed a full A/C replacement unit snd that he would charge $9,400. Called On-Time Experts and they were able to repair the unit for $3k. Highly recommend this company - you even get extra perks by becoming one of their members. Very satisfied first-time customers!!
