About Palenque Grill
Palenque Grill , "A little piece of their homeland” is how Don Pancho describes Palenque Grill®, the Ochoa family’s latest venture. It began in 2005 in Laredo, Texas, after Don Pancho’s long journey in the restaurant business. In 1975, he started with El Pollo Loco® in his hometown of Guasave, Mexico. The chain expanded across Mexico and then to the U.S., with Brad Pitt once handing out flyers. In 1987, he created Taco Palenque®, a successful Mexican fast casual chain.
