I had a couple of photo sessions here in Lubbock. I found this local restaurant. For many years I had wanted to try a Freeto Pie. I had my first one here, did not disappoint! There was a side table set up with extra toppings, chopped onions, jalapenos and grated cheddar cheese is what I added to mine. Thoroughly enjoyed it! So much more I wanted to try. If ever I'm back in the neighborhood, I'll definitely be back!
