The whole office from Magnolia Rentals has great customer service. Claudia, Danielle, and Lauren, and Leslie, have always been there to answer all my questions, during every phone call. The compassion, integrity, and kind hearts they have are beyond extraordinary. Their customer service is top-tier. If I could give 100 stars I would. Never once have they ever been rude to me, on any encounter. Even the after hours person (guy) has great customer service. Even their maintenance department is on top of it, everything is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Best/wonderful management you could ever rent from. You won’t regret renting from this office management, 10/10 recommend!
