A little hard to find but follow the signs and you should be fine. Don't know about day meetings but night meetings has plenty of parking; 3 levels underground and going up has 1 but most like 2 level of parking. The outside architecture and the water feature is a beautiful piece of art. Try visiting while you are in a happy mood rather then being there needing a ticket paid, trying to get a code positive, and getting an all ok, proceed to go. Most of all, I haven't found one person yet that has been rude or unkind. The world not just Oceanside need to give more kindness as well as get some!
