After having a decade sober I relapsed. West Coast Recovery is the program I chose to get back on track for PHP/IOP and I 100% do not regret that decision. My case manager Kiersten was amazing with helping me get everything taken care of that I needed to and my therapist Carissa was awesome as well! All of the group facilitators were super engaging and genuinely cared, with the highlights being Bill, John, and Maria. Blake and Janna were super welcoming when I got there and walked me through everything. This program is such an outlier that when they found out that my insurance had denied coverage to the program. They decided to scholarship me for the majority of my stay. Very stand up! Thank you everyone for helping me on my journey!
