About Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe
Sweet Hut opened on Buford Highway in 2012, the Ewe family's answer to a simple craving: the Cantonese bakeries they grew up with, where pork buns and egg tarts came out warm at any hour of the day. Atlanta had its small, tucked-away Asian bakeries. Sweet Hut set out to build one anyone could wander into. Bright, generous with seating, a place to actually stay a while. Eight houses later, the recipe hasn't changed: baked fresh, six times a day.

Tasty buns! I especially liked the Violet taro mochi bun, the blueberry cream cheese bun was also good but the proportions were a little odd with it having such a thick layer of bread lol The custard bun is very cute and yummy, the strawberry caterpillar tasted a lot more like caramel to me than strawberry which surprised me but was good. Very delicious avocado smoothie with cheese foam! I love how late this place is open, too, thank you!
