I have been seeing Megan at Land and Sea for about a 1.5 months now due to an elbow injury. I have been so pleased with my experience so far and their outlook on physical therapy. They work on issue sure but there is a huge learning component to the experience as well. In addition to exercises I do at home we are looking at my form when lifting weights. Learning proper form will keep the issue from coming back. I am really happy I chose land and sea physical therapy. Megan is a rockstar too! She is very knowledgeable and genuine. I don’t feel rushed through out appointments and she is fully focused on my treatment while I am there.
