VIVO Realty As agent owners, they were frustrated with a model that couldn't keep up with their needs, so they decided to do something about it. In 2011 after a long dinner table conversation, VIVO Realty was born on a paper napkin. That same dining table became the main office before moving into their headquarters in Plano. The Maez family are both Tech and Marketing. Dave Sr and Bernice Maez have an extensive background in IT and computer engineering before getting into the real estate space.
