Pinthouse Pizza is an Austin-based craft brewery and pizzeria founded in 2012. The company was created by six friends with a passion for handcrafted beer and quality food, building a reputation for its creative approach, community-focused atmosphere, and dedication to producing memorable dining experiences. The Round Rock location, opened in 2019, continues the brand’s tradition of combining a relaxed gathering environment with a commitment to craftsmanship and hospitality.

A group of friends and I "ditched" our kids and visited here on a Saturday evening recently and the place was packed and lively! Probably because there were some games going on the TV, it also looks like a popular spot for youth teams to meet up at after sports games. We had booth seating tucked away in a little corner, and even then it was fairly loud. It was a fun, relatively sophisticated yet casual atmosphere with different types of seating options all around, a bar area, and overall cleanliness. We ordered Beer Mates & Caesar Salad as appetizes for the group, and then four pizzas: Bánh Mì, Ooh La La, Honey Pear, & the Shroomin Goat. I'm obsessed with all of them! Fair warning, the Bánh Mì has a fair bit of kick to it, but still delicious! Unfortunately none of us ordered any beer, so I can't speak to the brewery taste, but I'm sure they have some great options. We had a great time here chatting for a few hours; I will definitely be back!
