Absolute 5-star experience for my fiancé’s birthday! Big Lou's Pizza completely blew us away. Our server, Bailey, did a phenomenal job keeping everything perfect, and Elvira, the manager on duty, was incredibly attentive and helpful. A huge shoutout to Alyssa, the manager who originally helped us set things up and made everything seamless. To top it all off, Paul from Memories Photography took amazing photos and made us feel so incredibly welcome. The food was great, but the staff's warmth and hospitality made this birthday unforgettable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
