I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ma and his assistant, Daisy. Their office location is incredibly convenient right off the freeway with plenty of parking. I was able to park literally just steps from the front entrance, which made the visit stress free from the very start. The assistant Daisy was fantastic with communication. She sent a reminder ahead of time and when I texted that I was running a few minutes late, she replied within seconds. Dr. Ma came highly recommended from a doctor friend who knows him personally through their kids’ school, and the recommendation was absolutely spot on. I was genuinely impressed by the advanced technology and modern equipment they use. It was a completely different experience in the best way compared to the last two optometrist offices I had visited over the past decade. The high tech imaging they performed felt as easy as taking a passport photo, yet it provided incredibly detailed insight into my eye health. My impression is that Dr. Ma is extremely intelligent and has an amazing ability to explain complex eye concepts in a way that is simple and easy to understand. Perhaps for the first time, I understood why my vision differs between my eyes and what specific things I should monitor as I get older based on my family history and exam results. This was by far the most informative and reassuring eye exam I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Ma and Daisy to anyone looking for a modern, efficient, and truly personalized eye care experience.
