I had PT for 11 visits and in the beginning, my back pain was at a level 10 as I just had surgery. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get better. It’s taken a number of visits to get me to a point where my pain is manageable. My therapist Richard worked with me and gave me exercises to do while at PT and at home. Though it took awhile to feel results, Richard’s encouragement and knowledge had me realize that this would take awhile to get my back feeling better and to not expect results over night. He was right. It’s been a weeks since my PT and now my back pain went from a 10 to a 1-2. Thanks California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy! I’d definitely recommend this place and Richard!
