Shorty's Pizza Shack You can order by-the-slice, or get your own whole 14” or 18” pie to share. Shorty’s is committed to using only fresh ingredients, including hand-tossed dough made from scratch daily, Shorty’s housemade marinara, and a whole milk mozzarella blend, shredded right in the shop. All their toppings are prepared in-house each and every day, from their fresh-cut crispy vegetables to our special recipe hamburger and sausage toppings, with no fillers, preservatives or “extras” the other guys throw in.

I dream of these pizza pillows!!! Sad to have moved away from Waco, but this place is a must-visit every time we are in town. I can’t speak for the service all the time, as it varies from individuals who care about their jobs to individuals that do not, but the food never misses!!!
