Four Seasons Hot Pot & Dumplings, The hot pot (huoguo) is a traditional Chinese dish with a long and rich history. It originated in northern China, where it was enjoyed as a warming meal during colder seasons. Over time, it spread to southern regions during the Tang dynasty (A.D. 618–906), where local influences introduced new ingredients and flavors. Northern settlers added meats such as beef and mutton, while southern regions incorporated seafood into the dish. By the Qing dynasty, hot pot had become widely popular throughout China, evolving into a beloved culinary tradition enjoyed across the country.

This is our favorite hotpot place in Utah County! Very home styled and very tasty! All the soup base are delicious and absolutely love the friendly service here. All day long buffet only cost $19.99 which also includes drink and ice cream. It’s a must try if you love hotpot!
