Brick Oven Over 50 Years of their History they has been serving Utah families for as long as most people can remember. Back in 1956, Stadium Lunch, a corner cafe, was converted into one of Utah’s first pizza parlors. A contest determined its original name “Heaps A Pizza.” In fact, many people still refer to the restaurant as “Heaps Brick Oven.” From the beginning, Brick Oven has had a commitment to delicious food and superior service.

This is a favorite fun pizza place in Provo! We are big fans of their homemade crafted root beer. The salad and pasta bar are full of great tasting options. And the pizza was awesome! I highly recommend!
