Twenty-four years ago, Chef Vanram arrived in America. That same evening, his uncle brought him to a small sushi bar — his first encounter with sushi. The colors of the fish amazed him, revealing what he saw as the extraordinary hand of God. In that moment, he knew he wanted to dedicate himself to mastering this art.

10/10!! A must try, I met the owners after dining and they’re sooo nice! The food is amazing, the sauces complement the food so well too. I will be a new regular. I loved the atmosphere and food so much.
