I nor my family have ever had any kind of negative experience or problem with this life saving office!! As we do have our usual family vet, mercy has always been there for us in a pinch or when money is tighter, and for the office being the size it is and how stressful I bet it can be for the staff I think they do great!! Perfect customer service and my cats love the staff, especially now living alone with my partner having two kitties of our own and being so young it’s nice having reliable, helpful animal care for my babies that won’t cost me my left kidney and an arm or a leg lol!!
