Jason did a great job explaining what he was doing. When he got into the attic to service 2 units he called us up into the attic to show us the deterioration of the duck work that was 28 years old. He did not service those units and he explained what our option was for replacement. He worked up a quote, answered many questions from us and explained the process. We agreed and signed the quote. Before Jason left he went back into the attic and tried to tape up some of the holes so the United did not run so hard.
