Elijah, the air‑conditioning technician who came out today was excellent. He arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and gave me more information than I expected — however just not in a good way. I’m still shocked that my system is in that bad of shape. I really appreciate his honesty, good expert advice and the fast response from the company. Expensive but great service all around and very thorough.
