Dr. Anita Aloian was personable, kind, and took the time to make the experience feel individualized. When it came time to select my glasses, I never felt rushed. The staff patiently helped me explore different frame options, offered helpful opinions, and made the process enjoyable. I spent over an hour deciding on frames, and everyone remained kind and supportive throughout.
