Ax exceptional experience. After a floor nightmare, we were referred to Carpet Giant by a few individuals. We were promptly greeted by Natalie who made this process effortless. We were overwhelmed with all the choices and she helped narrow a few down and came out to the house a few days later. Not 100% convinced of the samples I chose, she called and got several more samples and came back out to the house and dropped more samples off. We were never felt pressured to “hurry up and make a decision”. Once we did finally decide, installers were at our house within 4 days to start. The installers were very meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new floor and would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Giant to anyone.
